Biography
Mr. Seely is responsible for acquisitions in Europe. Westmont, founded in 1975, has been active in Europe since 1996 and has acquired, owned, and operated more than 350 hotels across twelve countries including Italy. Prior to Westmont, Mr. Seely ran his own hospitality investment advisory firm called Townhouse Capital that acted for a dozen different institutional and private investors. He has also held senior executive positions at Kuwait?s Kharafi Group and the Stein Group. Before the hotel industry, he worked in VC and investment banking with Kleinwort Benson. He is a regular speaker and past member of the Advisory Board of the IHIF, the world’s leading hotel investment forum.
