Biography
Mr. Janssen is the Head of Real Estate Debt at Henderson Global Investors. Prior he was a Fund Manager and Co-Head of the Commercial Real Estate Lending business at Renshaw Bay. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate finance, securitisation and capital markets. Prior to joining Renshaw Bay, he was a Managing Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate Debt Capital Markets at Jefferies International Limited. From 2004 until 2011 he worked at Barclays Capital and established its European CRE lending, securitisation, syndication and servicing platform. Mr. Janssen spent 7 years at Morgan Stanley's Securitised Product Group in New York and London.
