Biography
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate market. Prior to joining W.RE he was head of real estate at Chenavari Investment Managers where he had overall responsibility for both the investment and fund management of all property activities. Andrew also has previously held senior roles at JP Morgan, NM Rothschild and ABN AMRO in the debt and securitisation teams. He has invested over £10bn during his career. Andrew has a Bsc (Hons) in Management from Aston University. At W.RE, Andrew has responsibility for all capital raising activities as well as working with Sascha Lewin on the strategic direction of the business.
W.RE is a London-based real estate investor and developer with an existing portfolio of c. £800m including the repurposed, iconic Arding & Hobbs department store in Clapham Junction and the new c. 200,000 sq ft, mixed-use St. Pancras Campus. It is focused on delivering strong social, environmental and financial results for its investors.
