Biography
Álvaro García de Castro is a founding partner and CEO of Okuant. Okuant specialises in the management of opportunistic residential portfolios for investors, by identifying, re-structuring and commercialising real estate assets and in the process achieve above average yields for investors. Recently Alvaro’s focus is on strengthening Okuant’s relationship with ​​investors (current and potential). He is also responsible for the Compliance program within the company.



Álvaro has dedicated most of his career to the Real Estate market, in the areas of commercial and mortgage. He was also one of the main providers in the restructuring process for the General Electric Money Bank’s debt portfolio.
