Biography
Adalbert Pokorski is Managing Partner and founder of the Greenwater Capital Group, which is an investment asset manager of residential real estate in Germany. He is responsible for the overall operations and management of Greenwater, as well as deal origination and asset management of the investment activities. He has successfully concluded more than 50 transactions over the last 14 years. Prior to founding Greenwater, he worked at Rockpoint Group, a real estate private equity firm, focussing on opportunistic commercial real estate investments in Germany. Adalbert started his career at Citigroup’s Investment Banking division in London working in M&A. He holds a Degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) from HHL, Handelshochschule Leipzig.
