Biography
Ousado, crítico, inovador. O empresário Silvio Kozuchowicz, fundador da SKR, tem uma história no mercado imobiliário que mostra um protagonismo à frente do seu tempo. Sua paixão pelo criar, pelo desenho, pela arquitetura e construção vem desde cedo. Formado em Engenharia Civil pela Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo deu as iniciais de seu nome para a empresa que criou e que há mais de 35 anos investe para melhorar a paisagem urbana de São Paulo, com uma visão crítica e disruptiva.
