The company designs high efficient buildings composed by flexible residencial modules, which can be combined to enlarge and reduce residences according people’s lives phases. In 2019, Molegolar was selected by the French Government among 12 global solutions capable to promote smarter and more sustainable cities to attend the "Sustainable City Boot Camp" in Paris. Molegolar has over 100 projects under design and approvals in 5 different countries (USA, Portugal, UAE, Panamá and Brazil). In addition, Saulo is the Comercial Director and Board Member of Suassuna Fernandes S/A and President of Nova Urbanismo, with more than 1,000,000 m² of experience in building areas and over 20.000.000 m² of urban development projects in progress among Pernambuco, Bahia, Alagoas e Ceará in Brazil. He is graduated in Civil Engineering from UPE - The Polytechnic School of Pernambuco.
