Biography
CEO and Founder of Molegolar Resilient Buildings - the Nº1 Construtech in Brazil according to 100 Open Startups 2018. The company designs high efficient buildings composed by flexible residencial modules, which can be combined to enlarge and reduce residences according people’s lives phases. In 2019, Molegolar was selected by the French Government among 12 global solutions capable to promote smarter and more sustainable cities to attend the "Sustainable City Boot Camp" in Paris. Molegolar has over 100 projects under design and approvals in 5 different countries (USA, Portugal, UAE, Panamá and Brazil). In addition, Saulo is the Comercial Director and Board Member of Suassuna Fernandes S/A and President of Nova Urbanismo, with more than 1,000,000 m² of experience in building areas and over 20.000.000 m² of urban development projects in progress among Pernambuco, Bahia, Alagoas e Ceará in Brazil. He is graduated in Civil Engineering from UPE - The Polytechnic School of Pernambuco. Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from ESUDA - Human Sciences and Business Management College; MBA in Business at Cedepe Business School; Attended the Placemaking Seminar at University of Miami; Attended the “Smart Cities” course at MIT- Massachusetts Institute of Technology; Attended the “Moving Towards a Sustainable City” course at Harvard. Attended “The Walkable City” course at Harvard; Attended the "Design Thinking and The Art of Innovation" course at Stanford;
It is a startup that allows the formation of architectural plans that adapt to the needs of the users by the combination of modules for several films. Molegolar technology allows the plant to increase or decrease according to the stage of the customer's life.
