Mariliza Fontes Pereira is CEO and founder of Riooito Incorporações e Construções, a company specialized in affordable residential developments. She worked for than 25 years in the area of ​​projects for the segment, financed by Caixa Econômica Federal programs. She is an architect and urban planner graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism Santos / SP, with an MBA in Business Management and Real Estate Development Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Mariliza is also the founder of MDoito Arquitetura, a reference in economic projects in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The expertise of its team is a differential in the quality of Riooito products.
