Marcos Carvalho is a Brazilian businessman who started his career in the financial and retail consulting sectors,where he spent his first professional decade,and in the last 25 years,he has focused on the shopping center market. he successfully finished notable courses, such as the ODP at INSEAD and the OPM at Harvard.For a decade, he led the Friedman Group in Brazil, establishing it as a reference in retail consulting in the country. Since 2001, he has been acting as co-president of Ancar Ivanhoe, the largest private shopping center platform in Brazil, being a partner in commercial ventures that total more than 1 million square meters and receive over 220 million annual visitors.
