É presidente fundador do Grupo RFM, que opera a mais de 40 anos em desenvolvimento imobiliário residencial, comercial, hotelaria, concessões e construção. Foi também fundador da Investtur, companhia de desenvolvimento imobiliário especializada em turismo que foi listada na Bolsa em 2007 captando mais de US$ 500 milhões. É ainda membro do conselho da Txai Resorts e da ONG Companheiros do Txai, responsável por novos negócios e desenvolvimento no grupo
