Márcia Castro atua no gerenciamento de venda e locação de portfólio e de imóveis industriais e comerciais e no desenvolvimento de trabalhos de consultoria para a compra e venda de ativos. Advogada, possui mais de 15 anos de experiência no mercado imobiliário, incluindo incorporações, análises imobiliárias para diversos segmentos, incluindo terrenos para incorporação. Também esteve envolvida em trabalhos que variam de imóveis singulares a grandes carteiras de imóveis para clientes como Whirlpool, Philips, Sonae, Comgas, GSK, Allianz, dentre outros. Márcia é formada em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo.
