Biography
Marcelo is responsible for managing prospecting, negotiation, financial viability, thesis
investment, monitoring of Due Diligence and Draft Contract, in addition to internal approvals
for the acquisition or sale of Brookfield corporate properties.
Graduated in Production Engineering, with an MBA in economics and management, before joining Brookfield,
worked in the energy areas, working with the development of energy solutions from Gas
Natural; maintenance and fleet management for civil construction. Entered the Real Estate segment in
2013.
