Henrique Martins é atuante na área de desenvolvimento de negócios há 13 anos. Na maior parte do período atuou na captação, desenvolvimento e relacionamento de parcerias comerciais, já tendo concretizado projetos hoteleiros em todas regiões do país e participado em projetos de segmentos variados (educacional, escritórios e Self-Storage). Com passagens pela Atlantica Hotels e HBR Realty, teve a oportunidade de vivenciar as diversas posições que envolvem o desenvolvimento e operação de um negócio imobiliário. Atualmente como Diretor de Desenvolvimento Accor Brasil foi responsável por diversos novos projetos durante o período.
