Helena Mazzaro Peres atua na construção civil há 12 anos. Estagiou em duas empresas de recrutamento e seleção e em uma imobiliária regional, após os estágios, se dedicou grande parte de sua carreira nas empresas de sua família sob a mentoria de seu pai, Julio Cesar Peres. Aos 32 anos é Sócia e Presidente do Conselho de Gestão da J.C. Peres Engenharia, Fundadora da Peres Assessoria e Consultoria e Vice-presidente do Sinduscon-DF no qual integra o Conselho de Ética da Entidade.
