Foi também associado à Daemon Consultoria, boutique de fusões e aquisições e Project Finance, onde prestou assessoria financeira a projetos e empresas focadas em infraestrutura, nos setores de transporte rodoviário e ferroviário, geração de energia e Oil & Gas. É o CEO da Paes & Gregori desde 2015. Atua também no conselho da Astra Plásticos S/A e na diretoria da Palas Empreendimentos Imobiliários. Graduado em ciências econômicas pelo Insper."
