Sr. Flávio ingressou na TECNISA em janeiro de 2017 como Diretor Financeiro e de Relações com Investidores. Fora do grupo econômico da Companhia, entre 2011 a 2016 atuou como Diretor Financeiro e de Relações com Investidores na Rodobens Negócios Imobiliários SA. Possui mais de 15 anos de experiência no mercado financeiro em bancos nacionais e internacionais, tendo passado pelas áreas de investment banking, corporate banking, research, crédito e fusões e aquisições. Trabalhou no Banco Santander, Unibanco e Finasa. Flávio é graduado em Administração de Empresas pela PUC, Comércio Exterior pelo Mackenzie, possui pos graduação em Finanças pelo IBMEC e MBA pela Universidade de Berkeley na California.
