Biography
Fernanda Rosalem is a Partner, Head of Investments at Paladin. She has over 20 years of experience in real estate and private equity markets, primarily responsible for business origination, fundraising and investor relations. Before joining Paladin, Fernanda was a Real Estate Director at Patria Investments. Prior to that, Ms. Rosalem was a Managing Partner at RBR Asset Management, an independent real estate investment firm. Before this experience, Fernanda acted as Capital Markets Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Brazil. Ms. Rosalem holds a BA in business administration from EAESP – Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a master’s degree in Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral.
