Daniel também foi classificado entre os 5 melhores analistas Latam Real Estate no Institutional Investor Research Pool. Ele cobre o setor imobiliário brasileiro desde 2008. Ele é bacharel em administração de empresas pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.
