Antes, trabalhou por 15 anos no BankBoston no Brasil como diretor da área de Estruturação de Operações para Grandes Empresas. É formado em Administração de Empresas pela FGV e fez MBA pelo BankBoston em parceria com a Columbia University, MBA executivo pelo Ibmec e o Young Managers Program do Insead.
