Formado em Administração de Empresas pela Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas de Bauru, com MBA em Finanças, Investimentos e Banking pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUC/RS), e Logística Empresarial pela Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp).

Possui experiência consolidada na área de investimentos Ilíquidos e de administração, especificamente na parte de gestão, governança, planejamento e liderança, contando mais de 14 anos na área de investimentos, tendo sido diretor de Investimentos e Administrador Estatutário Tecnicamente Qualificado, bem como participado de reestruturação de fundos de pensão. Atualmente é gerente executivo de Governança e Ilíquidos, responsável por toda a carteira de ativos ilíquidos da Petros
