Biography
Formado em Direito pela Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUC-PR) e pós-graduado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Juridicos em Direito Contemporâneo, Lipski assume com a determinação de promover e apoio o desenvolvimento econômico do estado, com atuação mais próxima ao setor produtivo. Lipski tem uma vasta experiência em gestão pública. Foi superintendente do Paraná Cidade, secretário estadual do Desenvolvimento Urbano do Paraná (Sedu) e Conselheiro da Agência de Fomento do Estado do Paraná.
