Biography
Engenheiro Civil formado pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) trabalhou na
Copel por 28 anos nas áreas de planejamento e construção de geração. Atuou no
projeto Reforma do Setor Elétrico Brasileiro (RE-SEB) como coordenador da
delegação da Copel, representando o Estado do Paraná. Foi assistente da presidência
da Copel durante seis anos. Fundou a Associação Brasileira dos Comercializadores de
Energia Elétrica – ABRACEEL, onde foi presidente por duas vezes e conselheiro
durante dez anos. É presidente da Tradener desde a sua fundação, em 1998.
