Biography
Mestre em Economia pela Universidade de São Paulo, trabalhou na ARTESP de 2013 a 2019, sendo diretor de Controle Econômico de 2015 a 2019, e na Empresa de Planejamento de Logística (EPL) como diretor de Planejamento de 2019 a 2022.

Foi responsável pela estruturação de mais de 10 concessões de rodovias, entre elas Tamoios e Dutra em São Paulo; de mais de 30 arrendamentos portuários, entre eles os terminais de celulose, combustíveis, grãos, fertilizantes e contêineres do Porto de Santos; de 5 aeroportos regionais, como Campinas-Amarais, Jundiai, Bragança Paulista, Itanhaém e Ubatuba; além da Fiol (Ferrovia de Integração Oeste-Leste), na Bahia, e um dos responsáveis pelo Plano Nacional de Logística 2035.
