Biography
Seasoned investment banker with international (Mexico, Latin America and US) investment banking experience. Strong relationship, origination and execution skills and track record having led numerous bond, syndicated bank loan, M&A, acquisition financing, equity and fixed income derivatives, structured finance, project finance and trade finance transactions for over US$10 billion. Diverse industry/sector experience with a notable track record in the Energy sector (oil & gas, utilities, oil services, renewable energies), infrastructure and government (sovereign and quasi sovereign) entities in Mexico. FINRA Series 7 and Series 24. Experience in managing a small team of investment bankers/coverage officers.
