Marcos Almeida chegou à Brookfield Asset Management em 2003. É managing partner e head da Brookfield Infrastructure Partners no Brasil. Tem mais de 20 anos de experiência em private equity e corporate finance. Sua vivência em transações inclui, por exemplo, hidrelétricas, telecom e linhas de transmissão, rodovias pedagiadas, ferrovias e portos. Ele também levantou fundos de private equity no Brasil, no Peru e na Colômbia. É membro dos conselhos da Arteris, da VLI e da Vespucio Norte (Chile).
