Biography

Fábio Medina Osório, founding partner of Medina Osório Advogados, held the position of Minister-Chief of the Office of the Attorney General of the Union in 2016. He is the executive president of the International Institute of State Law Studies – IIEDE, a lawyer, and holds a PhD in Administrative Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, where he was supervised by Professor Eduardo García de Enterría. He holds a Master's degree in Public Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He served as Prosecutor at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Rio Grande do Sul for over 14 years, achieving 1st place in the career exam. He was also Deputy Secretary of Justice and Public Security (2003-2005) in the government of Germano Rigotto.
