Gerente General de Concesiones de Infraestructura Vial (APP / PPP) en Perú por más de 11 años y cargos de Dirección, control y ejecución por 6 años en Colombia y Perú, desarrollando de manera integral los proyectos, articulando la planeación estratégica con la estructura organizacional y las relaciones con los stakeholders. Inversiones ejecutadas por más de US $ 120 MM y facturaciones anuales de US $ 25 MM. Amplia experiencia en estrategia, negociación, gestión de riesgos e implementación de soluciones en entornos cambiantes y complejos.
COVINCA - Sociedad Concesionaria Peruana de Vías
Concesionaria Peruana de Vías - COVINCA S.A. suscribió con el Estado de la República del Perú (actuando a través del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones) el Contrato de Concesión para la ejecución de las Obras Obligatorias, mantenimiento y operación del Tramo Vial de la Panamericana Sur, entre el Dv. Quilca y la forntera con Chile.
