A Companhia de Gás de Santa Catarina - SCGÁS é a distribuidora do gás canalizado que atua fruto de concessão do Estado de Santa Catarina. Foi fundada em 1994 como sociedade de economia mista e hoje tem como sócios a Celesc, Gaspetro, Mitsui Gás e Energia do Brasil e Infragás. A empresa iniciou a sua operação em 2000 com a interligação do primeiro cliente, do segmento industrial, em Joinville.
