French / Brazilian Business Executive with over 19 years of professional experience, including 13 years in the renewable energy sector.
Strong M&A / Corporate Finance / SPA negotiation background with one the leading global investment banks in London.
Currently CEO of Helexia Brazil, based in Rio de Janeiro. My mission is to turn this company into a major player in the Brazilian energy transition market.
Previous experiences in developing businesses, managing P&Ls and leading multinational teams in various countries over the world (including UK, Germany, France, Brazil, Panama, Mexico, Colombia, Chile).
