Amanda represents banks and other financial institutions, investment funds, multinationals, public and private companies and other investors in finance transactions wfocused on structured finance, acquisition financing, alternative lending, distressed assets and project finance. She also has relevant performance in finance transactions involving the public sector and in public offerings of fixed income securities and securitization. Amanda was an international associate at one of New York's most prestigious law firms in 2020 and 2021.
