Fábio Cruz leads legal operations of Zurich Airport Latin America; the regional office for asset management and bussines development in Latin America of swiss airport operator Flughafen Zurich AG. He is a specialist in M&A, post graduating at Corporate Law from Insper and is International Executive MBA Candidate from FIA Business School. Fábio also heads the interface with other shareholders of the JVs companies created for shared management of some Airports of the Latin America portfolio. It is part of his role institutional and investor relations to support business intermediation and asset management. Fábio also acts as Secretary and Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of Aeroporto Internacional de Belo Horizonte.
Outside Switzerland, Zürich currently operates at eight airports in Latin America (four airports in Brazil, two in Chile, one in Colombia and one in Curaçao). Flughafen Zürich AG has also a base in Malaysia from where it can develop markets in Asia.
