CEO de Ferrovias da BAMIN, Sérgio Márcio de Freitas Leite está na companhia desde Setembro de 2021. Graduado em Engenharia Metalúrgica com pós-graduação em Siderurgia (Japão), Aglomeração de Minério de Ferro (IRSID-França), Psicologia, Gestão Contábil e Financeira, assim como cursos de gestão avançada no MIT(USA) e IMD(Suíça). O CEO tem experiência profissional de mais de 25 anos na indústria do aço e na mineração, exercendo cargos de gestão em grandes empresas como Usiminas e ArcelorMittal. Foi Diretor de Relações Institucionais e Sustentabilidade da Vale, Presidente da Transnordestina Logística e Diretor-Presidente (CEO) da Companhia Siderúrgica do Pecém.
