Jayme de Mello é advogado, economista e head no escritório Marcos Martins Advogados. Com mais de 20 anos de experiência nas áreas de Direito Societário, Comercial, Empresarial, Arbitragem, Bancário e Mercado de Capitais, é especialista em questões complexas de negócios, tendo atuado ao longo de sua trajetória em diversas indústrias e segmentos.

É professor dos cursos de pós-graduação e extensão nos cursos de Direito Empresarial, Contratual, Civil e Trabalho em prestigiadas instituições, como a EPD, ESAOAB, ESAMC, USCS e outras.
