Biography:

Henri Alster is the Chairman of the GRI. He previously worked for 25 years as a real estate investment banker, advising or partnering with the likes of Exxon, Whitehall, KLM pension funds, Forest City Enterprises and others across the USA and Europe. He also ran his own investment boutique.

Mr. Alster led Citicorp’s early real estate investment banking efforts in Europe between 1988 and 1994, closing Europe’s two largest land deals on behalf of Exxon and Pechiney.

A Columbia B-School MBA (‘74), Henri is an undergraduate Technion (Israel) Industrial Engineer (‘72). 

He is fluent in English, French, German, Dutch and Hebrew, has lived in New York, Paris, London, Brussels and Tel-Aviv and has worked and travelled extensively throughout the Americas, Asia and Europe.

Delin Capital Asset Management (DCAM) is a specialist real estate investment and asset manager focussed on logistics assets in Western Europe. DCAM was founded in 2012 and it currently has approximately €0.5BN of assets under management. Prior to establishing DCAM, Christian Jamison was head of real estate investments for Delin Group. Previously, he was an Executive Director within JP Morgan’s Real Estate Structured Finance Group and a Director of real estate principal investment origination at GE Capital. Prior to this he directed the office of the Austrian Economy and Labour Minister. He has been chairman of the SIGNA Executive Board since 2013.
