LLegó a Camacol en el año 2006 como Gerente de la regional Bogotá y Cundinamarca, luego de trabajar como Directora de Desarrollo Territorial en el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial, tiempo en el cual también fue Presidenta del Consejo Profesional Nacional de Arquitectura.

La rápida respuesta de Colombia a la crisis, junto con su positivo crecimiento económico previo a la pandemia, puede permitirle una recuperación más rápida que la de otros países latinoamericanos. Su sector inmobiliario y de la construcción desempeñarán un papel fundamental para acelerar esta reactivación, en particular a través del sector de la vivienda. Aunque todavía hay muchas incógnitas en cuanto a los efectos reales que traerá la pandemia al mercado inmobiliario, tanto las empresas como las ciudades están revaluando sus estrategias de desarrollo y reactivación para asegurarse de que se contenga la propagación del virus.
En este eMeeting se explorarán las políticas e incentivos que vienen aplicando los gobiernos estatales y locales para el desarrollo del sector inmobiliario y la reactivación de la construcción. También reunirá a los principales promotores e inversores para discutir su rol en el diseño de las ciudades post-COVID.

- Las repercusiones del COVID: ¿Cómo ha impactado la crisis en el sector de la construcción y en diferentes ciudades de Colombia?
- Incentivos y políticas del gobierno: ¿Qué medidas está tomando el Estado para reactivar lo antes posible la actividad de la construcción y qué nuevas políticas se están generando para apoyar el desarrollo inmobiliario?
- Repensando el desarrollo de la ciudad: ¿cómo están los actores rediseñando las ciudades para mejorar la habitabilidad e incorporar todo tipo de activos inmobiliarios?
- Creando sinergias:¿qué papel desempeña el desarrollo de la infraestructura en el fomento de la actividad inmobiliaria y cómo pueden colaborar los sectores público y privado para crear estrategias más sólidas?
- Fomento de la inversión:¿Qué sectores son los más atractivos para los inversores nacionales e internacionales y cómo se puede captar la inversión extranjera para acelerar el crecimiento?
