February 7, 2019Real Estate
The 4th edition of Latin America GRI 2019 is scheduled for March 27 and 28 at The Roosevelt Hotel in New York. Hundreds of Latin American real estate industry leaders will meet to strengthen ties, analyze partnership opportunities, and discuss key industry issues in the region, addressing trends, challenges, and business strategies.

"In addition to the extremely qualified audience, the event will take place in the city that is the global center of the real estate industry. The informal and dynamic discussions, alongside high-level networking, turn Latin America GRI into a unique opportunity for participants to start the year driving relationships and business,” says Leonardo Di Mauro, GRI Club’s head of Real Estate for Latin America.

Participants are the main investors, developers and banks that operate or are interested in operating on the Latin American real estate market.

Intense agenda

More than 20 discussion rooms are planned to take place throughout the program. The debate will focus on the realities of the main markets - Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Argentina -, as well as those of the region as a whole. Discussions will revolve around issues such as the most attractive asset segments and asset classes, prospects for REITs, political and economic issues with an impact on the industry, and trends in terms of alternative models that have been gaining more projection, such as multifamily for rent, co-living, student housing, and micro-living.

In tune with Latin America GRI, GRI Hospitality Latin America has also been held since last year, 100 percent focused on the players and on discussions about the hospitality segment. Besides GRI Hospitality Latin America 2019, this year’s novelty is that GRI Residential Latin America 2019 will also take place, focusing on the current reality and future of the residential industry in the region.

The participants of the three events can also use the opportunity to be together with so many top-level peers to hold meetings according to their interests and business priorities. The GRI Matchmaking App, a GRI Club application, facilitates the scheduling of these meetings.

During the same week, from March 26 to 28, GRI Club Real Estate will hold the second edition of GRI New York Week 2019 and the first GRI Great Minds Program New York, scheduled for the 29th.
