Real estate leaders overwhelmingly optimistic about France
95% of respondents to a GRI Barometer Survey believe the real estate market in France will perform better than last year

The GRI Barometers are annual or bi-annual surveys of the leaders of real estate markets around the world. Respondents represent a full range of senior investors, fund managers, and developers; the majority of which are Chairmen, CEOs, Managing Partners and Managing Directors. The GRI Barometer - France is designed to gauge French industry sentiment towards the local real estate market and economy, as well as showing which sectors are expected to come out on top in 2020. Barometers are released throughout the year, and cover all countries in which the GRI Club is present.
