India’s real estate leaders gather to discuss the sector

GRI Club’s in-person event in India will happen in May

On May 11th, GRI will host the GRI India Reset Day, the club's leading event in the country. Over 80 participants, among investors, developers and specialists, are expected to attend the event to share their views about the Indian real estate sector. 

This meeting will take place at Sofitel Mumbai BKC and aims to aid the discovery process for sourcing deal flow and get back on track post COVID through informal and closed-door roundtables. India’s Private Equity Investors, Fund Managers, LP’s Developers, Asset Owners, Operators and Lenders will gather for a half-day discussion on capital flow, demand and risk/reward in a series of informal roundtable conferences where all attendees are encouraged to participate.
 

What to Expect from GRI India Reset Day?

In an informal and intimate environment, the GRI format is designed specifically to find synergic opportunities and foster deep, productive and lasting business relationships. The opening session of the event will be about Finance & Investment Strategies where executives will discuss foreign and domestic capital, best practices to succeed in this market and investors' views.
