The biggest GRI Club Real Estate event in Latin America gathered hundreds of real estate players from the region in NY.

In an informal networking environment, some 400 leaders working on Latin America’s real estate market attended the 4th edition of Latin America GRI on March 27 and 28 in New York, at The Roosevelt Hotel New York. High-level discussions on the most diverse segments of the real estate industry were part of the program, which also focused on issues such as the perspectives and challenges for investments for the industry, addressing the economies and scenarios of the main countries of the region - Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Chile.
The agenda also featured the second edition of GRI Hospitality Latin America and the premiere of GRI Residential Latin America.
In previous editions, the meeting has already gathered more than a thousand leading players working on the Latin American real estate market. Attending this year, among others, were Southern Hemisphere investments (HSI), Cerberus Capital Management, Adia (Abu Dhabi sovereign fund), M3 Capital Partners, Blackstone, Equity International, Hines, GIC, Soho Realty Partners, Peninsula Investment Group, Union Investment Real Estate, Fiber One, Patio Group, Yellow, Fiber Shop, MTY Fiber, and Cadillac Fairview.
