Agenda highlights

One of the agenda’s highlights is the participation of Evercore Partners’ Arellano Ostoa as keynote speaker. He will share his pioneering experience in structuring Fideicomisos de Inversión en Bienes Raíces (Fibras, in Spanish – or Reits, Real Estate Investment Trusts, in English) in Mexico, which has become a benchmark in the implementation of this type of funding tool in the region. In addition to highlighting Fibras’ challenges, risks, advantages, and impacts for the real estate industry, Ostoa will discuss its perspectives and potential for development in Peru.

Then several simultaneous rooms are scheduled to be held in the two days covering the topics that matter most to the real estate executives working in the country. Program high points are discussions on the scenario and opportunities for new investments in Peru; strategies for developing projects in the country; consumption trends in the shopping and retail segment; the potential of the residential for income market, and projections on the main real estate segments, such as industry and logistics, offices, and hotels.
