On June 2, 2020, the GRI Club organized an e-Meeting titled “COMPLIANCE & INVESTIGATIONS: LOOKING AT EMERGING RISKS FROM THE COVID-19 CRISIS.” The e-Meeting discussed how global businesses can navigate the challenges of operating during the pandemic and, at the same time, maintain a robust compliance program to prevent and, if required, respond to future inquiries by enforcement authorities. Businesses must carefully consider actions being taken now and keep records of their decisionmaking processes during this challenging time.
