IWG and GRI plan Americas partnership in Office Spaces

IWG plc and GRI Group are in initial talks to establish IWG as the Americas Partner of GRI Club for Office Spaces.

IWG plc, one of the world’s leading providers of flexible workspace, is in initial talks with GRI Group to build a regional partnership covering the Americas that would see IWG become its Americas Partner of the GRI Club for Office Spaces.

Gustavo Favaron, CEO of GRI Group, who travelled to Toronto to meet Wayne Berger, CEO Canada and Latin America at IWG, to discuss the partnership, comments: “Wayne and I had a great meeting. We believe IWG is a company to be watched closely. They have been pioneers in their sector. It is inspiring how they have managed to reinvent themselves in the last few years.”

IWG plc is headquartered in Switzerland and listed on the London Stock Exchange. It was created in 2016 as a holding group for different flexible workspace companies including Regus, Spaces and No18. More than 2.5 million people work in IWG group offices in almost 3,300 locations, in over 1,000 towns and cities, across 110 countries.

Founded in 1989, the IWG group employs approximately 10,000 team members globally. It partners with property and brokers who are active in the flexible workspace industry.
