Louie DiNunzio is a Senior Vice President in the Investments Group at The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Ontario Teachers Pension Plan. Cadillac is one of North America's largest investors, owners and managers of CBD office and regional shopping centres with a portfolio valued at approximately CAD $16 billion. With more that 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, including time at BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and Merrill Lynch, he is currently responsible for strategic property investments and divestitures, with a focus on the Canadian and UK
