Biography
Mr. Courtliff has been working with ICM since 2011 and is responsible for the management and oversight of ICM’s Canadian and U.S. investment platform and select asset management activities within ICM’s Canadian portfolio. Mr. Courtliff has over 10 years of investment industry experience, beginning his career in investment banking before transitioning to real estate asset and investment management. His experience includes structuring complex domestic and cross-border transactions and investment vehicles, evaluating and underwriting investment opportunities and closing transactions, asset management including development management and portfolio/fund management. He has been directly involved in transactions and mgmt over $500 million.
