Biography
Started OpenDoor Coliving, the longest-running coliving operator and early pioneer of the concept. Now developing and operating built-to-suit coliving for long-term rentals. We bring a strong curation and community element leading to outperforming vacancy and turnover rates. I have lived in coliving myself for the full 7 years of the life of our company, living and breathing every detail of the resident experience, and incorporating these learnings into our product and operation.

OpenDoor develops and operates coliving spaces - shared housing for urban millennials. Our product provides residents with a community experience and reasonable rents while enabling higher returns on real estate assets.
