Biography
Mr. Myers has been working in association with ICM since 2016 and is responsible for sourcing and managing ICM’s investment activities in Mexico, where he maintains an extensive network of partners in the areas of real estate development, finance, law, and taxation. Mr. Myers has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry as a developer and builder of residential and commercial properties in the US and Mexico. As the owner of his own development company, Mr. Myers built and sold more than 4,000 residential lots and 1,000 residential units in California and Nevada, with a total sales value in excess of $500 million.
