Biography
Norbert is Chief Commercial Officer for Lima Jorge Chavez International Airport. He is an experienced Chief Commercial Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the airport industry. Skilled in negotiation, business planning, operations management, retail and airlines. Business development professional graduated from Liverpool John Moores University. Before Lima Airport Partners, he worked at Maldives Airport Company, Avialliance (formerly HOCHTIEF AirPort) and Fraport AG holding senior positions.

Lima Airport Partners S.R.L., currently formed by Fraport AG (80.01%) and IFC (19.99%),​, began operations on 14 February 2001. The Peruvian Government granted LAP a 30-year concession for the operation and expansion of Jorge Chávez International Airport.
