Biography
Juan Pablo joined HMC to support the asset management division, where he was actively involved in creating and developing the real estate platform.

In 2015 assumed as Head of Real Assets, leading the investment team in charge of the real estate development, income, and credit funds in Latam and the United States. Since his incorporation into the team, he has directly led investments in more than 52 projects valued at more than US$1billion. In December 2016, is named Partner of HMC.

JP is a board member of the Chilean and Peruvian HMC's asset management subsidiaries, both regulated by local authorities.
