Biography
Francisco Covarrubias is a private equity real estate executive with over 25 years of financial, operational and legal experience in the US and Latin America. He is a former Partner and Mexico Country Manager at TC Latin America Partners (2014-2020). Prior to TC Latam, Mr. Covarrubias worked for more than 7 years at Kimco Realty Corporation (2006-2013), where he was responsible for business development and portfolio management of Kimco’s Latin American division. Before Kimco, Mr. Covarrubias held several business development and financial planning positions at Dell, Inc. Earlier in his career, he worked at the law offices of Ritch, Heather & Mueller, in Mexico City, where he specialized in M&A, private equity, and real estate law.
