Chris is the head of Valuation and Advisory Services for CBRE in Latin America and oversees 12 offices in the region including offices in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, Costa Rica, Peru and Venezuela. Chris was the first consultant to introduce a more institutional approach to valuation in Latin America that catered to institutional clients, including the introduction of a more sophisticated income approach using the Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, when he moved to Mexico in 2001. Chris has been involved in the valuation of income producing assets for over 26 years, 21 of those in Latin America, and his teams currently value well over US $100 billion in assets per annum.
